JAEGERS Paintball Waiver of Liability Agreement

For and in consideration of being permitted to utilize the facilities of JAEGERS, LLC for the sport of paintball you hereby agree to and acknowledge the following:

1. I hereby certify that I do not suffer from any physical infirmities, chronic illnesses or physical disabilities which are affected by or prohibit me from engaging and participating in the sport of paintball.

2. I understand and acknowledge that the sport of paintball under certain circumstances may be an inherently dangerous activity that can result in the loss of life, eyesight or hearing, or a serious injury even to those who have experience in the sport. I also understand and acknowledge that there is the chance of being injured by a falling rock or running into columns, props, or other players as a result of playing paintball in a limestone mine. I expressly and voluntarily assume the above risks while participating in or observing paintball activities.

3. I agree to obey all safety and game rules, and I assume full responsibility for my actions.

4. I release and discharge JAEGERS, LLC and any of its agents and/or representatives from ANY and ALL LIABILITY, claims, demands or causes of actions that I may hereafter have for injuries and other damages or losses arising out of my participation in or observation of the sport of paintball.

5. I will not sue or make a claim against JAEGERS, LLC and/or any of its agents or representatives for damages or other losses sustained as a result of my participation in or observation of paintball activities. I also agree to indemnify and hold JAEGERS, LLC and any of its agents and representatives harmless from all claims, judgments, and costs, including attorney fees, incurred in connection with any action brought as a result of my participation in or observation of the sport of paintball.

6. I assume full responsibility for usage and return of any and all safety and rental equipment issued to me.

7. I will wear a mask at all times where required and keep my barrel plugged except when playing the game.

8. I will not enter any Hunt Midwest Subtropolis underground facilities (limestone mines).
